Return and Refund Policy

1: Cancel or modify the order

We accept the cancellation of the order before the goods are shipped or produced. If the goods have been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Please note that any order that has already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.

No cancellations will be accepted once an order for custom jerseys is placed.

2: Returns (if applicable)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review the return request and if the return is approved, they will send further instructions.
Only items purchased directly from us must be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documentation.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition we sent you, and in the original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/broken plastic foil will not be accepted. We reserve the right not to refund or exchange products if they are returned to us in an unacceptable condition. Personalized products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Non-returnable items include the wrong product purchased, and products damaged by mishandling by the customer.
(Customized jerseys contain customer-customized numbers and names. Please place your order with caution. Once the order has been paid, no returns or refunds will be accepted.)
Returns without a receipt may be refused. SPORT CLOSET SHOP reserves the right to refuse any returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging. In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your item to the manufacturer.

3: Refund (if applicable)

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you whether the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, we will process your refund and automatically refund the amount to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. 4

: Delayed or missing refund (if applicable)

If you have not received the refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially received. Next, please contact your bank. 5: What if the item I received is defective/incorrect/damaged?

Did you receive a defective device or the wrong product? Simply not happy with your order?

Please contact our customer support team (Contact Us page) to initiate the return process.

Please provide the following information:
Order number
Proof of purchase
Video or photo of the defective product (if applicable)
Full shipping address
Contact number

In some cases, you may be required to provide a video or photo of the defective product as proof in order to refund or exchange the product.

6: How long does the return process take?

It may take up to 14 business days to process a return from the date we receive your return. We will confirm to you via email once the return has been processed.
For returned items, a full refund will be issued for defective products. For non-defective items, the refund will exclude all shipping and handling costs.

7: When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be refunded to the issuing bank within 14 business days of receiving the return or cancellation request. If you have any questions, please contact the issuing bank to find out when the refund will be available.

If you have not received your refund, please follow the steps below:

Contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited to your account.
